  • Creating an Account

    • Click on the ‘Register’ button on top of the screen.
    • Fill in the details.
    • As a seller, it is mandatory for you to provide us with your First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Number and ABN.
    • You are required to set a password to complete your registration.
  • Importing products

    To import the products, you are required to have an account with iDropship and log in to the system. Perform the following steps in order to import the products and obtain product details.

    • Use the E-mail id as your login id along with the password you provided during registration.
    • After a successful login, you will be diverted to the Search Items page where the items are listed.
    • Select your desired item and click ‘Add to import list’.
    • You can add multiple items to the import list.
    • Upon completion, navigate to the Import list from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the products you wish to obtain details for.
    • As a seller, you can set your mark up value that needs to be added to the product’s final value.
    • Click ‘Export to CSV’
    • Select the platform for desired data feed format.
    • On completion, you will obtain a CSV file with details of the products you wish to sell with a price set after adding your mark up value.
  • Adding products to your websites or platforms

    To add products to your website or platforms to sell, please go through the following steps.

    • Login to you Seller's account using the E-mail id as your login id along with the password you provided during registration.
    • After a successful login, you will be diverted to the Search Items page where the items are listed.
    • Select your desired item and click ‘Add to import list’.
    • You can add multiple items to the import list.
    • Upon completion, navigate to the Import list from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the products you wish to obtain details for.
    • As a seller, you can set your mark up value that needs to be added to the product’s final value.
    • Click ‘Export to CSV’
    • Select the platform for desired data feed format.
    • On completion, you will obtain a CSV file with details of the products you wish to sell with a price set after adding your mark up value.
    • Once the CSV file is generated, you can utilize this to publish your products across various platforms are showcase your products to the e-commerce world.
  • Placing an order

    Once you get an order for one of the products you published to sell, you are required to go through the following steps for placing an order for that product.

    • Enter the customer details you wish the product to be shipped at.
    • Select the products you wanted to be shipped.
    • You will be redirected towards a payment portal.
    • You can perform transactions through credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
    • As a seller, you can add value to your credit and utilize that every time you make an order with us.
    • After successful completion and processing of the transaction, you will be notified.

    *Please note that some bank transfers might take a bit longer to get processed.

    • The tracking id will be sent to you for tracing the product.
